It is based on data collected from sports companies through a detailed questionnaire that will cover strategy, metrics, recruitment efforts, policies, success, structure, and impact assessment.

Research Requests are available for every dimension of DEI and will be tailored to the member’s specific needs and requests. Research requests will have curated material on a specific topic with context and sourcing.
